as per the business demands of branch offices within shandong province, under the supports of customs brokers, the company organized a port visit and studying tour of customs clearance & commodity inspection on june 23rd. more than 50 colleagues from related posts in branch offices all over the province have attended the studying tour.
this activity was divided into two parts: port visiting part and training part. the training activity was conducted by customs brokers office customs declaration department (huangdao area) manager mr. baoqiang li assisted by three colleagues: mr. debin meng, mr. chen wang and mr. tongwei han. in the morning of june 23rd, guided by colleagues form customs broker, we have visited qingdao qianwan port area phase 3, customs inspection area.
port authority toll station and qingdao qianwan port area phase 4. in the afternoon of june 23rd, we attended an introduction course about huangdao customs inspection and the featured business in west coast processing zone in the conference room of luhaifeng hotel in development zone and have answered question proposed by the learners.
through this visit and communication, colleagues from branch offices have got a better understanding of inspection links during customs declaration, which has laid a good foundation for providing more professional and effective service to the clients in their future work.
